DOMESTIC (U.S.)
EYEWEAR:
Returns: Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee: Our lenses are engineered to help you sleep. It may take some time for you to experience this, and for that reason, we offer a flexible 45-day return policy. If you decide Gamer Advantage glasses are not for you, simply email support@gameradvantage.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the request is reviewed, we will either send you a prepaid return label* or provide further instructions.
Exchanges: If you decide you want a different style or color, we will gladly ship you a different frame. Please email support@gameradvantage.com with your exchange request.
**Please note that not all prescription orders are eligible for return/exchange. All original packaging, and accessories must be returned to receive a full refund.**
APPAREL:
Need a different size or color? Gamer Advantage will gladly exchange all apparel items within 15 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Worn, dirty, washed, or altered items cannot be exchanged. Simply email support@gameradvantage.com with your exchange request.
ACCESSORIES:
Accessories, including gift cards, are not eligible for return unless defective. They are, however, eligible for exchanges within 10 days of your delivery date. Please email support@gameradvantage.com if you have any issues with your accessories or using your gift card.
GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
INTERNATIONAL
GLASSES:
Prescription: International prescription orders are final sale. If your product is defective and falls under our manufacturers' defect policy, you are able to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping & customs fees will not be refunded). If your product is deemed defective a pre-paid return label will be provided.
Non-Prescription: Non-warranty returns can be returned or exchanged. However, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and customs fees both ways. If your non-prescription glasses are deemed defective and fall under our manufacturer's defect policy, you may return or exchange the product at no charge.
