How do I measure my head to find glasses that fit well?
To measure your head for glasses that fit well, follow these steps:
- Measure Your Head Width: Use a measuring tape or ruler to measure the distance across your face, from temple to temple. This will give you an idea of the frame width that will fit comfortably.
- Measure the Distance Between Your Eyes: This is known as your Pupillary Distance (PD). Stand in front of a mirror and use a ruler to measure the distance between the centers of your pupils in millimeters. This measurement ensures the lenses align correctly with your eyes.
- Check Your Face Shape: Determine your face shape (round, oval, square, heart, etc.), as different frame styles complement different shapes. For example, square frames suit round faces, while round frames suit square faces.
- Consider Your Head Size: If you have a smaller or larger than average head, opt for frames labeled as "small," "medium," or "large." This will help in finding glasses that are not too tight or too loose.
- Use a Virtual Try-On: Take advantage of a virtual try-on tool to see how different frames will look on your face. This feature allows you to try various styles and find the perfect fit without leaving your home.

They work at keeping eye strain down
I had an issue with delamination on the lenses, company sent new lenses for me to replace. Other than that, they fit well, and do as advertised for the most part. If I game, sit, or write for too long, I still get headaches. I'm talking about hours on end. It used to be that I get eye strain and headaches an hour into gaming, or watching media on my PC. With the glasses, it alleviates the eye strain, and significantly increases how long it takes before I get a headache.
Amazing
These are fantastic. I did have issues but their support team is amazing when it comes to making things right.
