Pre-Order Information
PRE-ORDERS:
If you have pre-ordered your frame, you have been notified that it is in stock via email. Once in stock, simply log into your account and pay the remaining balance for your purchase. You will then be prompted to add your shipping information to finalize your order.
All pre-orders must be finalized within 10 days of the notification. After 10 days, if you have not completed the order, we will issue a refund and your reserved frame will be forfeited.
COUPON CODES:
If you have a coupon code to apply to your order, that code can be applied when you make your final payment. Codes cannot be used at the time of the $5 pre-order payment.
NON PRE-ORDERS:
Not ready to reserve a frame by pre-ordering? You can choose to be notified via e-mail when product is available to order. Note: This does not reserve a frame; you will be notified after all pre-order reservations have been fulfilled.
