Bryan Reedy

Bryan is a lifelong gamer and Michigan native. Bryan was part of one of the first ever video game radio shows that aired in the Detroit market from 2007-2012. In 2017, after spending several years in finance, he joined a family eyecare business.
He saw plenty of companies making “gamer glasses” but always just brushed it off as another snake oil sales pitch. As a gamer and type one diabetic, Bryan also struggled with sleep. After spending a significant amount of time learning, researching, and testing a variety of eyewear, lenses and supplements. In the end there was one lens Bryan tested that he truly believed helped him sleep better. In his heart, he knew he had no choice but to bring that product to the industry in an attempt to help gamers sleep better, so they can game longer. He founded Gamer Advantage in 2019, and took on the role of CEO on July 1st, 2021.
Bryan lives with his wife, two children (also gamers) just two miles away from the Gamer Advantage Headquarters. His favorite video game is Red Dead Redemption 2. When he isn’t gaming you will find him golfing, fishing, or traveling with this family.

I am a Wisconsin native and Siege fanatic. My undergrad comes from the University of Wisconsin and then in 2019 I moved to Florida to obtain my M.B.A at the University of South Florida. Originally my focus was to pursue a career in traditional sports. When the pandemic hit and the world went virtual, I went to where I felt most comfortable, gaming and esports. In 2020 I found a passion and home in Michigan, as the Operations Manager at Gamer Advantage.

I am a life long gamer who has been involved in esports and content creation since 2005. My passion for the Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Source competitive scene lead me down the path I am on today.
I have held numerous positions in esports such as Social Media Management, Community Manager, and even General Manager of an LCS organization. I started at Gamer Advantage in 2019 as the Social Media Manager, I also took on the role of Community Manager where I created our beloved partnership program (#GAFAM).
Today you know me as the Partnerships Director where I am focused on expanding our excellent partnerships team and scouting the best talent to represent our amazing brand.

I’m Christina! I'm a Michigan native who recieved my B.A.A in Broadcast Cinematic Arts with a minor in Multimedia, Design and Technology from Central Michigan University. I originally went into television and digital media, but decided that the gaming industry is really where I wanted to be.
I have been gaming my entire life and have owned almost every console type, and now I'm mainly a PC gamer.
I love camping, art, combat sports and obsessing over my pets. I have had physical shows for my paintings, have a published illustrated book cover, and enjoy stealing the hats off NPC’s in any game that allows me to.

My name is Hailey Gronquist. I've been gaming for as long as I can remember starting with the Gameboy when I was a little kid. I graduated college in December 2019, and had no clue what I wanted to do with my future. I was lucky enough to land a job in the gaming world as a Partnership Manager in early 2021, where I met the lovely people here at Gamer Advantage! Fast forward over a year, and I started as Partnership Manager with GA in July!

My name is Alaïa (pronounced Uh-lay-yah). Growing up, I was a part-time gamer by force, thanks to my mum who always wanted me to focus on studying and sports (thanks, Mum! <3 I have my degree now).
Fast forward to the Covid era, I bought myself a PS4, and the rest is history. I started streaming while applying for jobs, and quickly fell in love with the vibrant community and the streaming lifestyle. Through the online world, I met the wonderful Director - Natasha at GA, and she gave me the opportunity to join the family.
Now, I get to be a partnership manager for so many talented individuals who always leave me in awe.
